My name is Silvia Jeras and I am the owner and principal storyteller of Wish Photo Company. My earliest memories consist mainly of this deep desire to get to know people. I recall looking past what I initially saw and delving deeper, searching and feeling out what makes each and every person I met unique, the way they glanced, the lines that formed around their mouths, the timing of their laughter. I pursued those early interests further by earning my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and later my Master of Arts in Counseling. Now, as a Gerontologist, my work focuses on improving the quality of life of persons with Alzheimer's Disease and and their family care partners. My training in human development and counseling combined with my love for photography and the written word make up who I am and what Wish Photo Company can do for you.

I've been married to my husband Nick for 21 years and am the proud Mother of four amazing young women, my muses who once upon a time were what I wished for most in this life. That powerful wish to know them was what ultimately provided the inspiration for Wish Photo Company.
